Ballee Playing Fields, Ballymena 19th & 20th JULY 2018 

TRADE STAND EXHIBITS 

We have the pleasure in inviting you to participate in the 2024 rally at Ballee Playing Fields, Ballymena. 

The rally will be open to the public on Friday from 12 noon to 9pm, and on Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm 

The charge will be £10.00 per meter frontage (minimum £40) except for game stands and amusements, which are subject to individual agreement.

No exhibitor is permitted to sub let all or any part of his stand. 

HEALTH & SAFETY 

In line with Mid and East Antrim Council’s requirements and those of the current Government Legislation:- 

There will be a 5mph speed limit in force at all times inside the rally site. 

Current valid traders insurance is required, a copy of which should be sent with your application. 

All trade stands must be on site by 10 am on both days, to help eliminate as far as is practical the movement of vehicles through the public.

Trade stands will be responsible for their own insurance, fire protection and cleanliness.

Sites must be left clear of litter, bags and skips are provided for the purpose. 

Trade stands to set up between 10am and 12 noon on Friday 19th and 8.00am and 10.00 on Saturday 20th July. Those arriving after 12 noon on Friday and 10am on Saturday are likely to be refused admission on public safety grounds. 

All trade stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis 

Security will be provided from 

Noon on Friday 19th July to 6pm on Saturday 21st July. 

All trade exhibits must enter the Site by the main entrance.
The vehicle passes must be clearly displayed on the vehicle to which they apply otherwise you will be refused entry by the security staff on the gate. 

Vehicle passes will only be issued on receipt of the full rental charge, (and proof of insurance) which must be paid on arrival.
